Key Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Production:

- Assist in casting and location scouting as needed.
- On Set:
- Oversee the daily operations on set, ensuring the production stays on schedule.
- Coordinate with the director, cinematographer, and other key crew members to manage the flow of production.
- Ensure the cast and crew adhere to the shooting schedule and handle any on-set issues promptly.
- Maintain a safe and efficient working environment, enforcing health and safety regulations.
- Post-Production:

Key Responsibilities:
- Camera Equipment Management:
- Assist the cinematographer by ensuring all camera equipment is properly maintained, set up, and ready for each shot.
- Manage the assembly, disassembly, and transport of camera equipment.
- Handle lenses, filters, and other camera accessories with care, ensuring their cleanliness and proper functionality.
- Focus Pulling:
- Accurately pull focus during filming to ensure that all shots are sharp and meet the director’s vision.
- Collaborate with the director of photography (DP) to maintain consistent focus throughout complex shots, including those involving movement.
- On-Set Support:
- Assist the DP and camera operator in setting up shots, including marking actors’ positions and coordinating camera movements.
- Maintain clear communication with the camera department and other crew members to ensure a smooth production process.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise with the camera or its accessories during shooting.
- Equipment Inventory:
- Keep a detailed inventory of all camera gear, ensuring that everything is accounted for before, during, and after production.
- Report any equipment issues or damages immediately to the appropriate personnel.
